If you wish to cancel your booking, it is crucial to note the following conditions:

More than 24 Hours: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours from the time the booking was made, you are eligible for a full refund.

Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the time of booking will not be eligible for a refund.
3. No Shows
In the event that you do not show up for your booked treatment without notifying us in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund. We urge our clients to communicate any changes or cancellations in a timely manner.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds eligible under the conditions mentioned above will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank's processing times, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exceptions
